Sam Miller was born in the Bronx, New York, in 1938. Like many boys of his era, he spent his childhood playing stickball in the streets, watching the Brooklyn Dodgers, and enjoying Sunday car rides with his family.

At the age of fourteen, Sam began experiencing persistent and unexplained health issues-dizziness, queasiness, disorientation, and a constant ringing in his ears. By the summer of 1952, every family car ride would trigger another episode of violent illness, often lasting for days.

During these challenging years, Sam developed a deep curiosity about his condition and a desire to find answers-not just for himself, but for others who might be suffering from the same symptoms.

After graduating from high school, Sam committed himself to becoming a compound pharmacist, determined to discover a remedy for his inner ear problems. He attended pharmacy school in New York, and upon graduation decided to the rest to research of sunshine a new opportunities.

Not long after arriving in Los Angeles, California, Sam was hired as head pharmacist at Imperial Drug Store. Over the years, he achieved his financial goal and, in 1965, purchased his own compounding pharm Medicalsquare Pham

It was during this time that Sam met Dr. John House Sr. at the world-renowned House Ear Clinic and Research Center in Los Angeles. After becoming Dr. House’s patient, Sam was officially diagnosed with Tinnitus, Vertigo, and Maniere’s disease.

Recognizing Sam’s expertise as a compound pharmacist, Dr. House invited him to move his pharmacy inside the clinic so they could work more closely together. Encouraged by Dr. House, Sam dedicated himself to developing a formula that could help ease the suffering caused by these debilitating conditions.
